Lisa is a daughter of a World War II Navy veteran and the wife of an Army Veteran. Lisa joined the VFW Auxiliary to Townsend Post 6538 on October 2012 under the eligibility of her husband Keith Jackson who served in Iraq, Kosovo, Bosnia and duty in Korea.
Lisa was elected as Treasurer for her Auxiliary for the past 8 years and held various chairmanships. On the District level she was President for two years, and Secretary, She currently is a 1 year Trustee and Conductress for District 15.
She has held the position of Guard, Conductress, Chaplain, JVP, and SVP for the Department, as well as various chairmanships and committees. She received the first place award for Legislative Chairman in her division at National. She is currently the Dept. President for the Department of Massachusetts.
Lisa works as an Associate Supervisor for Behavioral Health Clinic at Atrius Health. She resides in Townsend with her husband. She has three children: her daughters Alicia and Rebecca, and son Matthew. She has 5 grandchildren Heydyn, Tyler, Karoline, Audrey and Shayna. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering her time for veterans, traveling and crochet.
